While we still have CyberMonday before us, the Black Friday weekend is coming to a close. Most of the promoted items are known. Here is my rough count of the number of different offers promoted over the weekend for the following tech categories:
As you can see, by my count Tablets had the highest number of different promotions over the weekend.
- Black Media – 10 (remember when this was a perennial Black Friday item)
- Camcorders – 24
- Car Audio – 5
- Computers: Desktop (36), Laptops/notebooks (110), Tablets (210)
- Digital Cameras – 165
- Digital Picture Frames – 12 (another perennial Black Friday favorite).
- DVD and Blu-ray Players – 64
- GPS – 58
- Hard Drives – 69
- MP3 Players – 151
- Printers – 78 (felt like there were more printers promoted in 2012)
- TVs – 195
